The significant difference is that we were part of a pharmaceutical company, an integral part of the sales and marketing organization. Led by David Morgan, the internal agency flourished and grew, chalking up creative awards while exceeding sales goals. As so often happens in the pharmaceutical world, our organization was acquired—and Morgan Creative Group was formed.
